Cedar Ridge House is a ready-to-build plan — a split-level drawn for a wooded or gently sloping lot, with the main living level lifted to meet the trees.

The kitchen sits at the center of the plan, open to the living room past a full-height cabinet wall that hides pantry and utility. A stone-topped island seats three, and clerestory glazing above the run brings light in over the counters without giving up wall space.

Sleeping and working rooms hold the quiet end: a primary bedroom under a sloped beamed ceiling with a long window to the trees, an ensuite bath with a floating double vanity and glass shower, and a separate office with a built-in desk and credenza under a ribbon window. Beamed tongue-and-groove ceilings, walnut millwork, and plaster walls run throughout.
