Stone Meadow

A cream clapboard bungalow with a deep columned porch across the front, a gabled dormer above, and a brick chimney holding one end. The proportions are modest and the roof does most of the work.

Inside, the living room opens under a whitewashed beamed cathedral ceiling to a painted brick fireplace and a wall of divided-light windows. The dining room takes windows on two sides and a wide opening back through to the living room, so the main floor reads as one bright volume.

The kitchen is stained cabinetry against marble and subway tile, with brass pendants over the island. Upstairs, the primary bedroom sits under a sloped beamed ceiling lit by a band of dormer windows. Drawings are available for build as designed, with adjustments to site and orientation on request.
